Claims Resolution
In the event that claims are generated for pricing or quantity errors, notification will be provided and the vendor is expected to be proactive to provide a credit or a detailed written response for any decline. Failure to respond appropriately within a period of 90 days will result, following the deduction from statement payment, of a "Non-Payment Recognition" relating to the claim. Subsequent action may result should the claim still remain unresolved.
