Trents Wholesale Limited is a wholly owned but independently
operated subsidiary company of Foodstuffs South Island Limited.
The Trents company was established to target the supply of
specialist quality service to the foodservice and convenience
business sectors.
Trents Wholesale Limited is the largest foodservice and route
trade grocery wholesaler in the South Island and have seven
warehouses conveniently located. We offer the widest and most
competitive overall range of catering, grocery and confectionery
product as well as an extensive selection of beer, wine and
spirits.
Trading Terms

Foodstuffs South Island Limited.

Central Distribution & Ranging
Trents operates with the cooperation of Foodstuffs South Island
Limited.
Price Increases/Decreases
"The Pricing Department" cc: "The

Fresh Foods Merchandise Managers, Private Bag 4705,
Christchurch must be notified in writing of any and all price
changes for products that are both host supported or centrally
warehoused. A minimum of 6 weeks notification is
required from the effective date.
Disputes Protocol
Foodstuffs South Island Limited reserves the right to challenge
and take action against any vendor seen not to be acting in the
best interest of the group. Payment disputes should be referred to
the Financial Controller in the Finance
& Administration Division.
