Our Brands
Retail operations are structured to cover all of the major
retail segments in the grocery market and operate under the
following banner grouping:
- Full service supermarkets trade as New World
- Foodbarns/retail food warehouses trade as PAK'nSAVE
- Convenience order grocery stores trade as Four Square/Four
Square Discount
- Small convenience stores trade under the name On the Spot
- Henry's - beer, wine & spirits
Each individual store is owner-operated by a co-operative
member.
The organisation is represented in almost every town and rural
provincial centre, and is often one of the largest employers in the
community.
We New Zealanders are a different bunch. We like to try new things - push the boundaries. We like to create, not copy. But we like to have fun while we're at it. It's an attitude thing really.
