stores or blue On the Spot outlets found at service stations, and

supermarkets, including Pams house brand for those times when want
convenience, quality and good value. Add to that, service with a

On the Spot stores are locally owned and operated, so best
placed to serve local customer needs.
Promotions
On the Spot offer a four weekly promotional program fully
supported with eye catching point of sale. On the Spot promotional
cycle supports both Centrally Warehoused products via Warehouse
Withdrawal and DSD suppliers with direct to store promotional
terms.

Ranging
All new lines should be presented to Foodstuffs Merchandise
Department who is responsible for convenience ranging
decisions. If approved, a Foodstuffs Ltd host support number will
be allocated to your product. The emphasis is on the supplier to
achieve minimum stocking to continue the ongoing host support of
that product. Should a product fall below the minimum requirements
it will be deleted.
Price Increases/Decreases
All pricing changes are to be communicated to the On the Spot
Group Manager. A minimum of four weeks notification is required
from the effective date.

Disputes Protocol
Foodstuffs South Island Limited reserves the right to challenge
and take action against any vendor seen not to be acting in the
best interest of the group. Payment disputes should be referred to
the Financial Controller in the Finance & Administration
Division.
