Pricing
The vendor is expected to operate of a fully disclosed "Trade
Price List". It is from this that any Terms of Trade discounts will
apply. A price list should accompany any application for a trading
account and should be submitted to both Foodstuffs South Island
Limited and Foodstuffs Own Brands Limited. When a vendor's trade
price list is to change in any way the vendor is requested to
follow the guidelines as directed by Foodstuffs Own Brands
Limited.
