Terms of Trade
Where the vendor has terms and conditions surrounding the
purchasing of goods, these are to be submitted to the Wholesale
Merchandise Manager for approval and are to meet the requirements
of the Foodstuffs National business.
These terms are usually relative to discounts being offered for
purchasing volumes and other criteria. There may also be terms that
are specific to respective banner groups, often referred to as
"Daily Terms" or "Site Group Trading Terms".
The Foodstuffs National business has established a coordinator
at Foodstuffs Own Brands Limited to facilitate the disclosure of
vendors proposed terms of trade to ensure their transparency, and
other key policies are met before being approved. Contact should be
