Retail operations cover all of the major retail segments in the
grocery market, and operate under the following banner
groupings:

New World
• Large scale food retail warehouses trade as PAK'nSAVE
• Convenience grocery stores trade as Four Square
• Small convenience stores trade under the name On the Spot
• Beer, wine & spirits retailers are Henry's and
Liquorland
• Wholesale retail brand Trents caters for the foodservice
industry
Each individual store is
owner-operated by a co-operative member.
The organisation is represented in almost every town and rural
provincial centre, and is one of the largest employers in the
community.
We pride ourselves on our friendly staff and quality service – all to do our bit to make New Zealand even happier. Our 140 supermarkets are 100% owned and operated by New Zealanders, meaning each New World can tailor its store to the local community.

PAK'nSAVE's policy is to provide New Zealand's lowest food prices. We never stop looking for ways we can keep costs down in order to pass those savings on to you. PAK'nSAVE follows a large format food warehouse format unique to New Zealand supermarkets, and has over 50 stores nationwide.
