A message for Foodstuffs South Island customers who shopped at New World and PAK'nSAVE on Monday 17 October
On Monday 17 October New World and PAK’nSAVE stores in the South Island experienced an issue which meant some of this week’s specials didn’t show up at the checkout as expected.
Pricing accuracy is extremely important to us, our teams got on to the issue straight away and were able to sort it out quickly. If you shopped in one of our South Island New World stores before 11am on Monday 17 October, or one of our South Island PAK’nSAVE stores before 9:30am on Monday 17 October, it’s possible you may not have received the correct special pricing at checkout.
If you scanned your New World Clubcard or PAK’nSAVE Sticky Club Card when shopping on Monday 17 October, you don’t need to do anything – you should have already received an email from us with more information.
If you believe you may have been incorrectly charged, please contact the store where you shopped, and the team will review your transaction to make sure it’s correct (if you have your receipt this will help with the process, but it’s not necessary).
